The old Comments & Revisions block has been replaced with a unified Decision History timeline. Every action taken on a request, from creation through delivery, is recorded in order and visible to both the client and the admin from a single view.

What shipped:

• GitHub-style oldest-to-newest timeline on every request detail page

• Automatic event recording for request creation, status transitions, deliverable uploads, revision cycles, comment activity, and deliverable approvals

• System events render as compact inline rows, comments and revisions render as full cards with edit and delete controls

• Deleted comments clear their body from the timeline and leave a compact deletion record, so removed feedback cannot leak

• Nested replies thread beneath their parent comment card using the existing reply structure

• Consecutive deliverable uploads by the same actor within two minutes collapse into a single expandable group

• Long comment and revision bodies collapse with a See more toggle

• Full backfill on existing requests covering request creation, all prior comments, revisions, annotations, and deliverable uploads
